There was no sawmill gravy with the chicken fried chicken as advertised. This is not the first time it was excluded from an order.
Very sad to see how bad the quality of food has gotten at the Cracker Barrel. The Smoked Sausage Patties were either cooked in some nasty oil or they were old. Gross.
One of my sides was missing and the side portions were smaller than they give in the restaurant or in curbside pickup. No utensils included as asked or butter and jelly for biscuits. I love Cracker Barrel and was very disappointed because their normally on point!
I love Cracker Barrel meatloaf and veggies. LOVE THEM! But they are terrible with consistency. I was all excited to get a HUGE piece of meatloaf this time, but it was literally ice cold. Not like, 'took too long for delivery' cold, no, it was 'fresh out of the refrigerator' cold. I nuked it and it's fine, but that's not what you want when ordering meatloaf.
the food is great. However, I ordered and paid for 4 extra Cornbread Muffins (4) for later. My meal should have included 2 cornbread muffins making a total of 6. I only recieved 5 total. This is not the first time I have been shorted.
ive been eating cracker barrel since i was a kid and its gotten so bad. the portions are so much smaller, and the recipes for everything have changed. the hasbrown Hashbrown Casserole used to be so good and it's completely mid now.... lame
Beans and cole slaw ok. Bowl of veg soup was a joke. Thin veg juice (not even thick as broth) with about a teaspoonful of chopped potato and tomato, and exactly three green peas. I've had CB veg soup before, but I've never been served soup like this - anywhere!
A lot grissel and very little meat.
This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this restaurant on Door Dash and an item was left out. This time the coffee was not received. Can someone please double check the orders to ensure all items are in the bags!
