I look forward to the Broccoli Cheese Casserole when it's available. I was extremely disappointed that I got 2 pieces of broccoli and the rest was basically mushy crumbs. The Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout was phenomenal though. Can't win 'em all...

I recently placed an order from Cracker Barrel and was extremely disappointed. I ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage and pancakes. Unfortunately, my biscuits and gravy never came—I only received plain, dry biscuits with no gravy at all. The sausage tasted old and unpleasant, and the pancakes were extremely dry and unappetizing. I paid $80.00 for an order with 4 items. The Country Fried Steak did have gravy, the green beans were brown, the mashed po were dry. The biscuits wee dry and the corn bread muffins were burnt. I want all my money back

Zero Berry Fresh Berry French Toast Bake was such a disappointment. Was bland, had not one single berry! Nor the whipped cream shown in the menu photo. Complete ripoff. Also ordered the bacon crispy , it was so soggy and gross. And this was not due to the travel time, my dasher delivered it so fast it should have been hot, fresh and crispy. Again very disappointed with this Cracker Barrel, this was NOT $30 French toast!

This is the worst representation of peach cobbler. The crust was stale, flavorless, and bland, as were the peaches. No real taste at all. A waste of $8.00.

We usually live Cracker Barrel but not sure what changed but pre frozen Meatloaf was not the normal. One of them was still frozen in the center and none of the 3 tasted normal and were very spam like. Mash Potatoes and brown gravy were not homemade by any stretch but instant add water. Not sure if this is a new Chef problem or a new Company cost cutting. Sad since Cracker Barrel has been a great place for us for years.

Must have ordered too late in the day. chicken and dumplings were dry like paste. Fried zucchini was hard like little rocks and cold.
