The food was great and hot when it came out. It seemed like it had already been ready to go before we even ordered it. The rolls tasted like they were sitting out for a while under a heat lamp. Service was great when we got it. We waited for about 10 minutes before being seated and it took another 10 minutes to get food or drinks ordered. Our waitress was super kind and very helpful. She was doing great taking care of all the tables in our section.
The food and environment was great! Samantha S was our waitress and made sure our experience was great. The food was amazing, and Samantha gave a great recommendation of the blueberry pancakes. It was so good! Definitely would recommend and will be back!
Campfire beef is a 7/10. The meat was tender decently seasoned. Tuesday special 4 piece fried chicken is a 2/10.. . was not great it came in cold, dry, not seasoned. Waiter replaced it for us, fresh and juicy just not seasoned neither were the fries. -cinnamon rolls came in Luke warm. Too much brown sugar sauce.
I'm visiting from the UK and was looking for some classic American food. This restaurant has that old style American charm and atmosphere that I absolutely love. I had the New York Strip Steak N' Shrimp combo. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They also have a gift shop selling the cutest items.
This past weekend, two guests, including myself, had our first visit to Cracker Barrel, and it was a wonderful experience thanks to two amazing staff members: Amy, our waiter, and Wanda, our server. Both were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our meal. Amy took the time to explain the menu and made excellent recommendations since it was our first time there.
