Food is always consistent a a Cracker Barrel. However, the Urbana, IL location has an exceptional staff. Everyone was kind and seemed ready to move the world to make us happy. Management and Crew, thank you for making this a wonderful experience.

We love to eat at CB & we do quite frequently; however, this trip, a lady was allowed to bring her DOG into the restaurant (was NOT a service dog!!!) She carried it caged in a pet carrier. I'm sorry but this is a restaurant for humans to eat. If you are going to allow ppl to being in pets while we eat, we will QUIT giving you business. What is sad, food is good, service & employees are good but it's never good to bring animals in the restaurant that are not service animals!

The Cracker Barrel in Walterboro SC is really good. But sometimes isn't right with the one in Okatie SC. I asked for meat loaf and got a mixture of im not sure what it was. The chicken, the dumplings and the sweet tea was very bland. Im not planning to even eat there again. That's the second time I've eaten there and it was even worse than the first. I tried to eat the meat loaf, it looked like mush. 9-29-2026 and it looked raw.

Absolute WORST customer support I’ve experienced. Their Chat feature is a joke and if you call main number they refer you to Chat and hang up.

We had our dinner delivered by ********and the order was wrong. We called the Cracker Barrel Restaurant and they said that we needed to contact **** ****and have our money refunded to us. I don't have a "********" app but, that is what was offered on the Cracker Barrel website. We were missing the mashed potatoes but, got the gravy and got the catfish but no tartar sauce. Visited Cracker Barrel in Walterboro, SC on Sat. Aug. 15, 2026 approximately 4:30 PM with my wife and 2 close friends. I ordered the Campfire Chicken Dinner. We were served at approximately 4:50 PM. I have tried to attach a picture but am not able to but it was burnt beyond recognition. I'm 79 years old and have eated at Cracker Barrel many many times but this visit was my last. I made an online purchase June 11, 2026. The money was taken out of my account on 6/17/26. June 26th I tried to reach customer service to figure out if the order had shipped because online it said "completed". The response I received was "I've checked the order status, and it's showing as complete. I suggest you wait for the email with your tracking information." An email NEVER came. I was at the Brooksville location off of 75 the service was five star my waitress was *****she was fast efficient and always busy. My complaint is I was in there on a busy day Saturday and there was no bus help she was having to bust her own tables taking time away from her customers I thought it was ridiculous how people would stand around including management and the host and not help her bust the tables

Difficulty returning items. Do not want to give your money back. Contacted company and received a ticket saying that someone would contact you about returns. Never followed through.
