I hate writing bad reviews but I've given this restaurant many chances. The chicken was cold, stale, and did not come with gravy like it is supposed to. The mashed potatoes were bland, dry, and stale. The veggies were cold. The bread was cold and stale. All of this after the order was not prepared until my dasher arrived to the restaurant, so it should have been hot and fresh. The dasher was great and delivered the food promptly, so the issue is clearly on the restaurant. Will not order again. Very disappointed.

Ordered crispy bacon got bacon that was barely cooked yuk
everything was cold and you could tell the mashed potatoes and gravy had been made for a very long time. I know it wasn't the delivery because he was fast.
The French toast was soggy and barely cooked. There was no protection over the iced latte.
Gravy was bland. biscuits were fluffy, bacon was not done
The sides didn't even fill the section of the takeout box.
I ordered Southern Fried Chicken and they took my order but when the Dasher got there they did not have it and had substituted another chicken entry I did not want. Thankfully the Dasher called me. I asked for a different entry which I got. However, Cracker Barrel staff did not put my side choices in individual containers so the juices mixed into each other, which ruined the flavors of the sides, and the juices soaked my meat, ruining the coating. They also got my bread order wrong. A complete fail on CrackerBarrel staff.
I'm pretty sure the country fried steak is made out of cardboard
