the bacon was hard when I ordered it to be soft also the dumplings were cold and greasy
Meatloaf was cold and under cooked. Potatoes and gravy were cold as well. Green bean, carrots, okra and broccoli were delicious.
Mommas pancakes were not done in the middle and I am not receiving any compensation.
I will never understand how when fulfill an order you forget common condiments. How does someone order pancakes and not get syrup? Not to mention the pancakeslook like they were cooked on a dirty grill. I wont even get into the eggs. I ordered 4 biscuits that were in a sandwich at the bottom ofthe bag, ireceived Buttermilk Biscuits (4) crumbs.
The milk was completely spoiled. Like, chunky.
My order was very different from other locations. Very small portions and poor quality
Food taste fine but you can tell its not fresh at all.
Steak was full of grizzel, ordered a plain baked potatoe had butter, bacon and sour cream, over flowing
the whole meal was cold. the iced coffee was not a large. it was in a large cup but only filled halfway with drink and rest of cup was empty with melted whipped cream. will not order cracker barrel ever again. $40!!! for one cold meal, a medium coffee in a large cup.... awful. I want refund.
