We ordered dinner tonight 2/1/2026 ,my mother ordered the grilled trout the fish was very good The fried okra was stale it tasted like it had been cooked a very long time prior to delivery . It was very bad. My mother ordered a baked potato and she did not get her sour cream she ordered , and the potato appeared to be rolled in salt which she couldn't eat because she has problems with salt and her blood pressure. The hamburger steak was dry without any gravy.
My food came extremely fast. However, the pancakes were hot and looked good but it had an onion or grease taste. The eggs were not scrambled and they were hard. The worse was the BACON it was definitely old, cold , grayish and definitely not crispy! The best thing about my order was the peach tea! Waste of money!! Please have a discussion with your staff! I chose not to share my review w/everyone because that could affect your business. The food was AWFUL
The mac and cheese was bland and the was no berry tea in the order
Forgot my syrup for pancakes, no gravy on the mashed potatoes. The corn had no flavor at all and the hash town casserole was old and crusty. The meatloaf was good but everything else wasn't.
Did not give butter, silverware, and barley any pinto beans.
The dressing and turkey was too salty and too sage , the beans had no seasoning.
Offered our usual order that we get in person. First time getting it for DoorDash. We were horribly disappointed. The toppings for the burger were pitiful. Half order of fries. 2 slices of cucumber for the salad. One small piece of chicken for the salad. Didn't get the fried okra. Just a terrible experience
Paid $14.03 for half of a fried chicken breast, no croutons and a skimpy amount of lettuce. The downfall of this restaurant chain continues.
