Corn bread was hard as a rock
The dumplings tasted terrible, the broth was so runny it was seeping off the plate, and the chicken was so grisly we couldn't eat it. We threw both items in the trash. They also didn't send the Mac and cheese that was ordered.
the crispy Crispy Tender Dippers were very dried out any tiny pieces , that mash potatoes had no flavor and the biscuits were barely done im very cautious to order here again
The brown gravy is not what it should be. It tastes nasty. Everything else was good. I like the pot roast gravy.
The Campfire Chicken had no seasoning. It tasted like chicken you'd use in soup. Nothing else had seasoning either. I included a picture from the menu and then what I got, and keep in mind that I added pepper and salt myself before taking it. TheCherry Cobbler had no crust or crumble to it. Whatever you call it. It was just a cherry mess. My girlfriend liked her Slow-Braised Pot Roast but the Cherry Cobbler really let her down and my whole Campfire Chicken dish had almost no seasoning. I feel like I got cheated out of my beans. I've never had this problem before. I order from them weekly.
No cranberry sauce. The dressing was dry and crumbly, the bacon Mac and cheese was dry not cheesy at all. It was basically dry macaroni noodles with bacon and green onion on top. It was basically disgusting this is the first time Cracker Barrel has ever disappointed us. The turkey dinner and sides were a dry crumbley mess and how can you forget the cranberry sauce ......
The turkey dinner was basically disgusting. The gravy tasted weird, turkey was dry, the cornbread dressing was dry as hell and crumbley. They forgot the cranberry sauce. The fried apples were good and the regular Mac and cheese I ordered was good and cheesy but for the 3rd side I tried the bacon Mac and cheese. It was a cold dry mess.
Meat didn't look or taste like meat! I think that's why they like to cover it up with gravy. Potatoes were okay, small portions. Do not recommend
