The Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast was missing the ham and sausage. The pancakes were burnt.
cracker barrel quality is definitely not what it used to be.baked potato was hard . fried apples were dry. like they were left on high heat too long.chicken was fine.
It was a very small amount of tuna fish and very little amount of lettuce.
To be honest the chicken n dumplins had no flavor and is my least favorite from Cracker Barrel, but the rest of their food is phenominal!
The cup is not even half way full?!? Seriously??
Orderd the cinnamon roll pie slice & didn't receive it. Hashbrown casserole was dry.
I should've learned by now to stop ordering food to go from this location. Each time I order it's always either wrong or missing something :( this time luckily it was only 1 egg but still. Ordered 3 over medium eggs and received 2 over easy eggs.
everytime i eat here it gets worse and worse. my Roast Beef dinner tastes like it is a tv dinner. the breading on the Chicken Tenders are too thick so it was barely any meat taste. also the lemonade is gross.
Something is always burned or completely missing when we order from this location. Expect to have to contact customer service
