There was no dressing for either salad,no plastic wea to eat with, veggie plate was in bowls instead of a platter like usual.This means smaller potions that don't make a dinner.More like a snack. ....First time Cracker Barrel has really disappointed me😞
Ordered the Easter Special. Mine was HORRIBLE, had it delivered order was missing all but one side, everything tasted like I was eating a salt container. The dressing that did come was burnt, overcooked, and SALTY. Didn't get the cornbread muffins as I ordered, got NO cranberry sauce. Was so salty I couldn't even eat it. However, the bag was not taped to prevent anyone from tampering with the food.
My order was over an hour late. I called Cracker Barrel multiple times and was on hold for over 20 minutes. I still never got an answer as to why my order was taking so long to be prepared. Then when I finally got it after my lunch brake, it was cold.
Disgusting. $17 for a fried chicken breakfast that can in looking like they threw it together in 2 seconds. Would not order again. Will never order Cracker Barrel again. TINY DISGUSTING LOOKING portions. No way they would serve that in a restaurant. They know they can give you garbage because you're not there. SPEND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Chicken n' Dumplins Family Meal was WAY too salty like they dumped the shaker in by accident and just kept stirring. I added the Fresh Fruit and it was about 2 servings of fruit and not $30 worth. Needless to say we didn't eat much.
I bit into crunchy eggs! My scrambled eggs had shells in them. Very disappointing!
Missing drink and missing sauce. What a service...
Messed up my order completely. Didn't give me gravy for the Country Fried Turkey Broccoli and rice casserole was pathetic and the turkey was burnt looking.
