Found chunks of meatloaf in the bottom of my Coarse Ground Grits. Disgusting!!
My order got lost and it took and hour and 45 mins to receive my food. My grilled chicken Grilled Chicken Tenders were small pieces and they were burnt which is disappointing after waiting all that time. I've ordered from here before and it's never consistent.
It would be nice if I could choose which of the 2 CBs near me to order from. I'd like to see if the other could possibly get more orders right than wrong than this one. 3 out of 4 orders come with missing sides or entrees.Is it so hard to double check the order?

Slow braised beef was awful definitely a pre packaged beef not cooked fresh, biscuits were hard and stale
The chicken n dumplins were very dry and it appeared to have a little water underneath. The corn tasted like it was watered down. Very disappointed with the meal and the flavor. The pot roast was good.
The breading on the fried chicken has a horrible aftertaste. It tastes really bad. It used to be so good- not anymore. The mashed potatoes and sawmill gravy were absolutely tasteless. I will never order anything from Cracker Barrel again. What a pity that their food used to be so good, I guess they are cutting corners now.
The ham received did not look like this. It was a much smaller piece with a bone in it.
Dumplings were thick and doughy (raw middle). Mashed potatoes were dry. The gravy didn’t even help.
