I ordered the Roast Beef with mash potatoes and brown gravy. The food was cold and there was hardly any gravy on the potatoes that was clumps. The biscuit was hard and I just threw it away. I was very disappointed because Cracker Barrell was one of my favorite places to eat.
Hamburger steak Overcooked non edible. Potatoes in a big clump!
Both chicken and chicken fried steak tasted like old grease that left a terrible aftertaste on the 3 bites that I tried to eat.... not enough gravy didn't even cover steak or potatoes mac n cheese was a very small portion and for the price of the White Cheddar Cheese Bites I expected to have more than 7..... will not be ordering from there again
Everything tasted great but my eggs were over easy and I asked for medium and the French toast was a little over cooked
Bacon was burnt, otherwise good.
Communication between front and back of the house is non existent. Feel really sorry for the employees checking people out. Do better for your employees please.
Steak was cold and very tough. Ordered Mashed potatoes with the gravy and it didn't come with the gravy. Biscuits and muffins very stale
This was bare enough to feed two people. Complete rip off.
My order was wrong. I wanted apples, biscuit, and hashbrown casserole. All I got was three cups of apples. My French toast was burnt and everything was cold
