This is a place to get great home style food. Portions could be a little bigger.

On first arrival, the place was packed! I had to wonder why as the interior doesn't look like much and the elderly lady at the register appeared kind of surly, barking orders at the staff. When we were finally seated after a 20 minute wait, the watresses were very attentive. After placing our order and another 30 minute wait, our food finally arrived, and boy did it! There was so much food that...

Had lunch here yesterday. I frequently go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast on weekends. Lately, the service has been declining - and yesterday was the worst I'd experienced yet. The food was bland....

Best service, rancid food Any of you who have read other reviews I have written know I do not just slam businesses out of pettiness. I look for the good in an experience and advise caution for the less optimal parts. So...the coffee and the service during our recent first/last breakfast at this Cracker Barrel were both first-rate. But...one would think being the very...

Smallest Eggs Went to our local CB fi r breakfast and was surprised to see how small the fried eggs were. They loo k ed like they were robbed of the whites. Wonder if they are being used f oh r those folks who only want whites. At any rate, Waffle House or IHOP is a better breakfast choice

Wow, What a letdown While Cracker Barrel is not known for fine dining, it has always been predictable. I can't say this about the breakfast we had this morning. Everything about it was bad, poorly cooked eggs, french toast with no batter, raw bacon and crunchy burnt pancakes. When we brought it to the attention of the waitress, her response was "looks ok to...
