missing part of my meal and only 7 pieces of steak with the meal. I don't recommend ever eating here. very small portions
my steak tips was seasoned to heavy. I couldn't eat them.
Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout was inedible sooo sooo salty..and I ordered a baked sweet potato and received a baked potato which I cant eat being a diabetic plus my husband ordered the chicken fried steak and it had no gravy on it?!! Over $40 and it was NOT worth $4!!
ordered 3 breakfast meals and only got 2 biscuits.... never could figure out a way to request or order condiments. Grilled Chicken tenders were small and few.
We did not get the gravy with our biscuit and gravy. This is the second time this has happened. And the food was cold
Food was hard and cold when it arrived. Ice melted in drink. The mashed potatoes were rock hard. Usually don't have this issue with Cracker Barrel. Was really disappointed with it this time
I was not excited about the pancakes. Paper thin and crinkled up. We ordered through Doordash (the driver was great, the problem originated in the kitchen). Cracker Barrel would have never served that in the restaurant. Wanted to add a picture but I dont see a way to do so.
The chicken was not golden brown. It was over cooked and dark brown and you could taste the over used oil it was fried in. Other wise I am a Cracker Barrel fan.
The pot pie was dumped in a Togo container and soggy. And the hash brown casserole was crispy and inedible
