The food was fine but very bland

well it's a mixed review because the mashed potatoes were AWESOME ( I wish I had ordered a double portion of those), but the steak was tough and almost burned. I ordered it to be medium well, and to pay that kind of money for canned green beans was a little bit disappointing too. The bignettes were pretty good as I didn't really know what to expect, but the sauce that it came to dip in was very very thin. Maybe the score should be a 3.5

The Cracker Barrel Classics Family Meal is extremely cost efficient. The amount of food included is absolutely worth the price. The food has very excellent each time we ate it as well. Even re-heating the leftovers does little to diminish the enjoyment.
I was pleasantly surprised when the salad had fresh tasting veggies. it was really good!
The food was really good but it usually is.
this is the first bad thing I've had from cracker barrel. the Friday fish fry is delicious and crispy, this catfish was soggy and tasted extremely fishy. The cookies are individually wrapped and sealed, and our mix between homemade and chips ahoy
