Birthday celebration time and had a large group of 10. Were seated promptly in 20 minutes. Food order was correct and server was pleasant. Did not get drink refills as needed and biscuits were shortage or low because they were super small and were only given one per person. Anyway food was delicious and good time had by all. Miss birthday dessert being complimentary especially for large parties.
I love eating at the Cracker Barrel because of its consistency in good food and service. What I do not like is a lot of the changes in the menu. Like doing away with the Smoke House breakfast and the hamburger steak. That’s two items that are just not logical to discontinue. I’m also not pleased with how packed full the store is with merchandise displays. When you have an elderly person in your party; it makes it very hard to navigate the store to the dining room. Was SOOO Happy to see you still had the Apple French toast bake!! Ate that & bought one to have in the next few days at home! Our server was wonderful (wish I remembered her name) & took good care of us. Mom loved her pancake breakfast & enjoyed more of it this morning. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!
Well myself and my husband were working and we ordered food for curb side pick up. We waited for a few to pick it up making sure the restaurant staff had everything together . They never came out to curb side pick up. My husband had to walk inside and was told the order wasn’t ready. This took well over 30 minutes at the restaurant waiting not including the 30 minutes when we ordered. . We live maybe a mile from the restaurant so the food was brought straight home . I ordered carrots as a side, they were good but a little too sweet. My friend ordered chicken & dumplings, had fried chicken in them & didn't like plus ordered green beans as a side, said they were scorched.
