Thick-Sliced Bacon was raw. Please cook all bacon and all pork thoroughly! I had to finish cooking it. Everything else was good.
Hamburger steak was dry with no gravy.... no biscuits for both orders...
chicken fried chicken was not cooked thoroughly. trashed it.
My pancakes had burnt ham grease chunks on it how? And how do you forget to add the syrup that was specifically asked for. It's crossed out on the list of the order.
Strawberries on pancakes did not taste good or fresh. Scrambled eggs and bacon were overcooked. Gravy had metallic taste. Very disappointing. Probably will not order this again.
Can't believe I got pitiful service again. Sad substituting and out of practically all that I ordered. How can you be out of a side salad. Your employees are the only redeeming feature. Went out of their way to try and satisfy my needs. But they were limited to what they could do. Need to do way way better.
Steak fries were hard. Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was hard.
Food cold. Loaded Baked Potato missing sour cream, butter and chives. Mac and cheese full of burnt mac. Did not receive any of the extras (tatar sauce). Very disappointing.
Cracker Barrel never seems to get an order right. Every time we order food something is missing. Tonight the apples were missing and we ordered and the chicken fingers were grilled not fried.
