The portions were so small. Not worth $40 for two meals. Very Disappointing
The worse food I've ever had from this place. The meatloaf was really dry and the broccoli and cheese casserole was burnt.
we ordered 3 bacon and biscuit kids meals and all we received was 3 containers with hashbrown casserole very under cooked and eggs so over cooked they turned to thin flat rubber. Only thing that was edible was the extra biscuits and gravy I ordered on the side.
Burnt food to a CRISP and still sent it out. Purchased the kids confetti Mini Confetti Pancakes and they didn't even make them. Sent no syrup.
no plastic wear. gravy was thick and greasy. biscuits were on the small size.
I have ate at Cracker Barrel numerous times before. I've door Dash four times from your restaurant. I always order the fried chicken. this time the Fried Chicken was so hard I had to pull all the crust off to even be able to eat it. I will never order Fried Chicken from this restaurant again. The driver was extremely polite on time and very courteous! However the restaurant forgot to add the French fries to the order! This is the 2nd time in a row Cracker Barrel has forgot the sides. Last time it was the gravy for the chicken fried steaks
everything was good except there were a few pieces of shell in my eggs. kind of off-putting
The service is great in person, the to go orders not so much. The portions are much smaller, food is cooked improperly (usually burned, bacon and chicken) and there is always something missing. I do understand they are very busy at times, perhaps ordering during the slow hours is better.
