1 small syrup for 6 saucer size pancakes, eggs ordered were thin and small, no plastic ware, napkins, or condiments. we will never door dash this place again.
The Country Fried Steak was almost raw. Maybe ok for a tenderloin, very much NOT okay in a fried steak. The Peach Cobbler was barely half full tasted off. The only halfway decent part was the Tips and Tenders but they were incredibly dry.
The Fresh Berry French Toast Bake is a waste of my money and time. I did receive any berries, whip cream, or crem cheese as described. Instead, I received a mound of bread that tasted like onions. Disappointed is an understatement.
cracker barrel food was good, except that it was completely cold. drove it around 55 minutes. you can see grease standing on plates. the pancakes and French toast had turned rubbery and tough. bacon and ham were good. I'm diabetic and they sent regular syrup instead of sugar free. for $65, it was a poor offering. wonder why I didn't renew for dash after 3 years? this could be it-- overpriced and exceptionally poor service
The vegetable soup arrived frozen. The container feels warm, but there are ice chunks in the soup.
This is the third time my order has been incorrect! A 2pc fried catfish only had one piece of fish in the plate!
Chicken was not cooked done..
