The Fried Catfish was bomb! The fillets were big and meaty. With some Louisiana hot sauce, they were 🤌🏽 The dumplings were nothing special but the onions petals were good with the come back sauce. The bacon mac was okay but needed salt. All in all the catfish was the star of the show. The sides were...eh
Sunrise Pancake Special and Hashbrown Casserole hit the spot as usual!
Smokehouse Grilled Chicken Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast. Both were 'okay'. have had better before.
Biscuits and corn bread included with classic sampler were hard as a rock and they were out of most sides so I didn’t have much options. Potato was also undercooked

The Grilled Chicken Tenders has so little chicken for the price paid. As does the pot roast
On platter ham was burnt and on the second platter the hash brown not cooked
