There were no fresh berries in the fresh berry French toast bake, the bacon is stale and hard.
After spending nearly $70 on three orders of pancakes and an order of french toast, we have no syrup, but plenty of butter. Both over easy eggs in the order were busted as well. Everything had to be reheated; our order took over an hour to get here. The breakfast Benny did not have the side of hash brown casserole, which is what I was looking forward to the most. Unfortunately, we wont be ordering from Cracker Barrel again.
We are completely through with Cracker Barrel. I did not even bother complaining. Because I could have cared less if they fixed it. It was disgusting. I do not know what kind of chicken they gave us but it was like rubber part of the breading and it too was like rubber and the other 4 pieces of chicken with paper thin breading looked & like mystery meat. While flavorful, it doesn't seem like we received a full serving of the chicken and dumplings soup, and for $6 a serving, I expected soup to the rim at least. We didn't take a picture, but the Green Beans had no seasoning. It was a disappointing meal.
the Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage was dry and not good they don't give u much gravy all in all it was not good
Was not a fan of the mash potatoes, got coke instead of Dr. Pepper
The Chicken n' Dumplins have a great flavor, HOWEVER.... there were only 2 small pieces of chicken in the whole entree! I mean SMALL! I love the dumplings so it's not a huge deal to me but my husband wants chicken. Anyway, the food was hot and fresh and they even sent butter for the cornbread.
My sausage was raw, everyt else was okay..
The pecan pie tasted just like my homemade pie! BUT--The only complaint I have with the pecan pie slice is that it was only about 3 bites because it was so small. It looked like it was cut from a 6" diameter pie. I won't order it again because it isn't a good value. The fried catfish was excellent as always!
