wasnt as much food as get in store, food was cold, dumplins were undercooked, biscuit was burned, parts of pancakes were burned, skimped on the amout of syrup
Didn't receive Fried Okra. Fries were cold and definitely old. Chicken sandwich had 7 fries. Just sub overall bust, which has been happening more and more with DoorDash . Chicken fingers are at least edible. Just over paying so much for a convenience only to have it not be convenient. I don't want credits and refunds. I want my order the right way and for the food to be fresh.
last 2 times I been ordering the vegetables plate. very light on portions. 4 pieces of broccoli. not completely filled pintos or carrots. very disappointed rethinking my doing anymore business. last time I got meatloaf the meatloaf was so small I was shocked with disappointment. if I pay for something I should get good portions.
They did not have pot roast but charged me the price of pot roast for a veggie plate. That is not exceptiable
Upon Delivery this is how my food came?? One small French Toast with a few apple slices....and that's it....Picture on the website was deceiving. Either they cut me short on my food or the dasher ate some...not sure ,but I will not be eating this SMH.
the fish was cooked too hard
It took over 30 minutes to get siupand cornbread. The soup had no flavor , the vegetables were scarce and mushy
to go needs to pay attention to tickets
baked potato was very dry. no bread of any kind
