They were out of everything I wanted and then gave me stuff I didn't want. The chicken tenders were over cooked and had a burned taste lingering. Pretty disappointing. Guess the key is don't order after5pm.
The house salad was unavailable and the soup that was supposed to replace the salad was missing. The Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie was burnt and had very little filling.
I ordered 6 chicken tenders and only got 4. The hash brown casserole was half the portion of in store. This happens nearly every time I order. It came with three sides and the only side that was full size was the okra.
Food clearly sat around yet dasher was there on time and had to wait. Sausage was VERY overcooked and portion of side (hashbrowns) was vastly diffent than what was plated.
Rice wasn't cooked. Very hard. Didn't get meatloaf
Left out biscuits. But I had to pay for The apple butter.
8 fries when I spend $60 on this order is absurd
The chicken and dumplings is so salty it's inedible. I spent 18 dollars on food I can't eat.
I don't know what happened. I've always loved this restaurant, but my most recent delivery was not good. The food didn't have any flavor. The chicken fried steak was overcooked and I didn't get gravy like I asked . But it wasn't very good.
