There was one piece of grizzly chicken in my Chicken n' Dumplins . The mashed potatoes tasted and felt like instant potatoes, and were so bland. The okra was soggy. I will no longer give cracker barrel my business.
Every time I order over medium eggs they are perfect but today they were hard cooked. And I am less than a mile from restaurant
Steak was like chewing on rubber good seasoning bad meat
Got no sizes with our meals. What little bacon we received was raw and cold when requesting crispy bacon. Very disappointing and reluctant if it's worth ordering for $40 again.
CrackerBarrel will never see another dime of our money. The prices go up and the portions are absolutely ridiculous! I LITERALLYmeasured my husband's cole slaw. It was in an approximately 2 cup containerand there was 1/4 cup of slaw!! Plus, He had steak fries, or should I say, TEN steak fries. To top it off, the biscuits were hard as hockey pucks.
The ham on my country ham dinner was like jerky and extremely salty. Too much salt in the casserole as well.
eggs were really overcooked
Very small portion of chicken fried chicken and hash brown casserole. Even the extra hash brown casserole I ordered the portion was very small.

First major BAD REVIEW because of respect for hardworking restaurant staff. But this is not a "BAD DAY" kind of thing. It is their new norm for take out anyway. Barrel Cheeseburger* was literaly thrown into container, the Onion was not a slice. it was a 2" wide peice of the outside layer/under the peel.
