The Campfire Chicken meal was skimpy; you don't get what you pay for. I feel cheated!
Chicken was slimy, undercooked. The texture was completely off and even after heating it up for a minutes, it was still slimy and inedible.
No biscuits sent. That's crazy to pay these prices and can't get the order correct
biscuit dried out and hard, bacon burnt, forgot the syrup for the French toast, sausage so dry it was like eating dust
I ordered a meal for my out of town guest. Instead of getting 4 bacon snd 2 ham, we received 1 bacon 1 ham and 1 sausage patty. This is unacceptable. I had to cook plant-based sausage from my freezer. My guest is a meateater. Refund needed.

Grilled chicken burnt, no dressings or dips as ordered, one side missing and wrote on receipt the broccoli casserole was "out forever" even though it remains on menus (so short a side). Will not order again from Cracker Barrel.
My husband ordered the Monday special, chicken and rice with two sides. First side was dumplings and second sidewas broccoli casserole. When he got the order there was a note written on the receipt in black marker that they no longer carry the broccoli casserole and they didnt replace it or give him double of the first side. He got shorted one side! Also the chicken breast was very small and not much rice. The Monday special cost more than my chicken and dumplings with two sides and I got twice as much food!
