First let me saw that I love Cracker Barrel. Normally we come in and have great service and food. My family purchased our Thanksgiving meal to feast on and for the most part it was great. Unfortunately, we received a burnt pumpkin pie. Very disappointed that someone packed it in a bag to let walk out of your store on this day. I hope more care was taken with other meals.
Service was slow I was surprised how long it took for our food to arrive, but it wasn't hot when we got it. No complaints, we were passing through and in a hurry to get somewhere. Lesson learned.
Not very good food for a Cracker Barrel My husband ordered a steak and it was way tot raw, got a second one and it wasn't any better. The meatloaf was like a flat hamburger which was very greasy and looked like it was scraped from the bottom of the pan.
