Honestly, this was the best service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. Our server, Ashley T., was absolutely amazing, quick, attentive, and so friendly. The managers and other staff were equally great, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. We had a small issue, but it was resolved instantly, which showed their dedication to great customer service. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Cracker Barrel. My father used to eat at Cracker Barrel all the time, however; he just passed away. My family wanted to eat Cracker Barrel after his service today, so I called the restaurant to see if they could accommodate 15 people at a certain time. The food was delicious and I can't brag enough on the cola cake. Meatloaf was cooked just right. Great portion sizes. The muffin tops were a bit hard, but outside of that they was great. The waitress was awesome and attentive. Will definitely go back. All of the staff was welcoming. Score A.
We visited Cracker Barrel on Veterans Day and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly nice, accommodating, and fast, making sure our free meals were served in a timely manner. They really went out of their way to make us feel appreciated. It was a great experience, and the service was top-notch! Highly recommend.
Michelle was awesome. She was very nice and attentive to our part of 3. The food was delicious. My steak and eggs was cooked to perfection and my mom enjoyed the new holiday themed hot chocolate.
