I love Cracker Barrels but this location seemed a bit off. Their service was okay. Derriana was sweet enough, but wasn’t detail oriented or fully engaged, the hostess didn’t greet me or smile. They just seemed tired or overworked. The food is always great. This location had great chicken fingers but their hash brown casserole was missing bacon and was def different. Another disappointed visit to a CB. Walked into a half full dining room with no wait staff. Multiple tables hadn’t been served drinks and multiple tables were still cluttered with plates from guests that had been long gone. Idk what happened to CB but it’s going downhill all across the country. Sat there for 20 minutes without being spoken to.
Haley is the best server! She is very attentive and super friendly. Always greets us with a smile. Brings us our drinks before we even ask. If we can’t be seated in her area, we would rather wait or go somewhere else.
Cracker barrel is always a fun experience. Love going around the store with lots of interesting things to see. Service is always great. Comfort food is so delicious. They have a fun kids menu with activities and a table peg game to keep the whole family entertained.
Went with my grandson, he wanted breakfast, food was good, hot, place was clean, pleasant dining experience as usual. Our server I believe her name was JALIA was fabulous 👌 best service I've had in a good while
