I love Cracker Barrels but this location seemed a bit off. Their service was okay. Derriana was sweet enough, but wasn’t detail oriented or fully engaged, the hostess didn’t greet me or smile. They just seemed tired or overworked. The food is always great. This location had great chicken fingers but their hash brown casserole was missing bacon and was def different. Another disappointed visit to a CB. Walked into a half full dining room with no wait staff. Multiple tables hadn’t been served drinks and multiple tables were still cluttered with plates from guests that had been long gone. Idk what happened to CB but it’s going downhill all across the country. Sat there for 20 minutes without being spoken to.
Best breakfast place in the area! Fresh and delicious food. Great customer service. Big store with lots of good stuff
The last time I ate here was over 5 yrs ago and the waitress was just HORRIBLE. I said I'm never coming back; never say never; I tried it again today and I must say service was great. My waitress was Ms. Tora and she was very friendly and professional. She continued to check on me and she gave me a whole new perspective about Cracker Barrel. Good food, good atmosphere. good service. Thank you Ms. Tora for your kind service.
Cracker barrel is always a fun experience. Love going around the store with lots of interesting things to see. Service is always great. Comfort food is so delicious. They have a fun kids menu with activities and a table peg game to keep the whole family entertained.
