Our waiter was the most professional I’ve seen at a Cracker Barrel so shoutout to him. Food was good and the honey with the cornbread is a great addition.
Thank goodness they still had their original logo outside, and the old timey antiques inside. (Otherwise I would've turned around and left...) The prices went up, the serving sizes got a lot smaller, they had to bring you ketchup and napkins, and their was no sign of jam or jelly for the biscuits anymore. The menu had way more choices, making decisions difficult. (I can't understand why restaurants don't stick with what WORKS, and what people WANT...) The food and service was spot on for Cracker Barrel. Food was hot and fresh. Service was slower than typical but no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I took my extended to dinner at Cracker Barrel in LaVale Md while we were on a weekend reunion. None of them had ever eaten there before. They loved the food, atmosphere and we had excellent service. They were impressed by the old country store and 2 of my sisters loved the plastic shopping bag special. One purchased a set while the other purchased 33 sets of the 5 dollar special spring.
