Stopped in for breakfast after shopping at the Lowes behind the store. We were seated quickly by the host. It was good to see that some of the same menu items we used to get were still there. My husband opted for one of the new blueberry pancake breakfasts while I got Mom's platter (?). Both items are very good, although I was disappointed to see that the "maple" syrup was now a 50% mix of pure maple and corn syrups. That mix is very sweet without needing to use the whole bottle. This most recent visit left a sour taste. The food while was hot, the flavor was off big time. I have never left taking my food home, this time I couldn't even make it half way through the Chicken pot pie. This dish is not the same as it use to be. My wife got the Easter special, and they sent out burnt dressing, the turkey was flavorless, and the waitress forgot her slice of pie and ice cream. went for breakfast this morning, I ordered the grilled tender breakfast as I usually do..& it came out with what looked like ONE tender cut into three pieces. Mind you, they charge EXTRA for grilled, so as you can imagine, I was quite shocked at the absence of chicken on the plate. The scrambled eggs were also watery.. which is also not usual. Came here for breakfast and had Jeffrey as our server. The service was outstanding and the food was fast and delicious. Would recommend the pancakes. The only issue was we would’ve liked to have flavored creamer for our coffee, only half and half was offered.
I had a great experience. We didn't wait too long to be seated. Our waitress Mimi was great. She would come back to our table and check on us and update us on our orders. It was Easter Sunday
