Mama's pancake breakfast is three pancakes. I only received two.
The hasbrosn casserole was extra but they only gave a little scoop. Also all condiments missing. Low quality food.
Everything was bland like no seasonings was used at all. My meatloaf was to mushy. Chicken and Dumplin soup was horrible.
bacon was undercooked and eggs were rushed 😞😞
When my order arrived, my chicken and dumplings were missing, only my sides came. Additionally the service was slow, and my dasher was waiting there for a long time.
The food was really cold. But the Chicken n' Dumplins were delicious once I heated them. The turnip greens were cold as well but tasted great after heating.
The biscuits were not cooked enough, no onion or vinegar was sent with order, plastic fork was useless, because it was melted.
Roast beef was tough with no gravy, was not tender like previously, grilled cheese hard and overcooked, maahed potates were horrible, a awful meal!
This was the half filled drink I received, and Door Dash told me it didn't qualify for any compensation. If you pay for something, you expect to receive the full portion. Poor customer service on both Cracker Barrel and Door Dash.
