I ordered to go meal ... young man name Zachery had my order waiting for me ... the past 2 times I’ve ordered to go he has been the one who made my visit so pleasant ... I travel & eat at cracker barrell frequently.. I used to dread ordering to go because it was such a hassle but your customer service has improved 100%.... so thank you for hiring this nice young man... the young man checked me out was also very nice & friendly but I didn’t get his name ...
Great food, the most consistent chain I've ever visited - always good! The only iffy thing is sometimes the service can suffer...
