I only ordered 2 sides and slice of cake - tiny portions and cake dried out / stale
The order I received was not scrambled eggs. It was an omelette. I also asked for crispy bacon and I got half done fatty bacon. Was also missing my second order. The girl that answered my call was rude and hung the phone up when I asked for a manager.
Ordered and paid for Loaded Hashbrown Casserole. Regular casserole was delivered. that's a huge difference in price, but now way to get what i originally ordered.
The brown sugar latte taste like burnt roasted coffee, the white gravy was cold and sweet, I didn't get my bacon, and my biscuits were hard. I normally get amazing service from Crackel Barrel but this morning it was terrible unfortunately.
Dumplings were very salty and the beignets were awful! Past few orders have not been good at all.
They are always forgetting something. I am no longer ordering from here.
I ordered a bowl of turnip greens and got a bowl of beans. They were really good, but I wanted what I ordered.
I only got 1 dumpling
