Good late evening dinner On the way home from visiting relatives out of town, we stopped at Cracker Barrel for dinner and a small rest before continuing our road trip. Had my favorite Chicken Fried Chicken with sides of mashed potatoes, green beans, and fried okra. As at most Cracker Barrel locations, the food was great.

As Anticipated Tried this outpost of the Cracker Barrel empire. Ordered the chicken fried steak. Very good as always as were the beans and corn. The corn bread and biscuits, while not other worldly, were still very flavorful. When in doubt, Cracker Barrel is always a safe choice for a satisfying meal.
