one of the worst meals I've ever got from cracker barrel. I have no idea what this liquid is running around in the bottom of my tray and how is that bacon crispy it's half raw. smh. it's a darn shame when you pay this much for food and this is what you get
Portion sizes way too small even for a kids meal. App showed bigger portions.
The food was delicious, however they forgot our biscuits...again.
The sausage was severely undercooked. Had to be thrown out from every platter I ordered.
The baked potato had no butter, no sour cream, and chives on it. The maple bacon chicken also has no chives on it either.
The Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie was over cooked and the dumplings didn't have any chicken in it.
Rarely ever get the order right. Tried to complain to management and they don't even respond.
My sandwich was thrown In the box and my hash brown casserole was so crisp/burnt on top I couldn't eat it. Not to mention my dasher had to wait a additional 15 to 20 minutes for my order which was a bacon egg sandwich with a side of casserole. Very disappointed this time. I order here once a week and this was the worst experience.
Missing item from order. Roast beef was also tough.
