The meatloaf was dry, chicken was fried in old grease crust was terrible could not eat it. Biscuit was burnt on the bottom, peach cobbler crust was white tasted raw did not eat it. I called stayed on hold almost 40 minutes waiting on a restaurant manager. Nobody came to the phone I finally hung up. The food today was horrible. 😢 soooo disappointed.
the biscuits and apple butter were both missing from my order. tea was unsweetened instead of sweet. they were out of Seasoned Corn on the Cob so I agreed to sub regular corn. being a less expensive side, it was particularly disappointing to see how empty the corn cup was! the Chicken n' Dumplins was great, though.
Everything was cold. Bacon cheeseburger was WAY over cooked and dry. It had NO bacon, no onion, no pickles and the lettuce was old and wilted. Terrible meal.
Biscuits were like bricks. Food was cold and most un-ate-able. Very sad $40 wasted
the peach cobbler was horrible and a very small portion for tht price...and I had two little pieces of. chicken ..I want a refund
Good arrived on time, although all my bacon was burnt. I called Crackle Barrel to inform them but as always they never answer.
Didn't even receive my whole order, no gravy on the chicken fried steak, potato's were inedible and hard, and no grits. Awful all around.
Chick was dried out from lunch I won't order again from there
They never can't seem to manage giving me the correct order. Pretty much only order from there still because my kids like it
