My order was wrong, the did not even send biscuits! The country ham was tough and incredibly fatty.
Food came cold and my side order of pancakes were missing. I called Cracker Barrell to see if they would compensate since Doordash still pays them even if doordash refunds the customer, they gave a bad attitude and were extremely rude. Awful customer service on Cracker Barrell's part. Thank you Doordash for compensating.
the hash brown casserole did not taste how it usually does it seemed off. One order was completely packed into side cups instead of using a plastic serving tray. the macaroni and cheese also tasted bland as if simple made with water. this is not typical of cracker barrel food which made it unsatisfying.
