The chicken and dumplings family meal was supposed to include 10 biscuits! I did not receive them!! Very disappointed!! The rest of the meal was very good!!
Ordered Chicken n' Dumplins greens and mash potatoes with the chicken dumpling platter. Greens were stringand dry. Mash potatoes were hard and dry. Order the Golden Carolina BBQ Chicken Tenders it was good but the sides were cold and dry. The mash potatoes were hard and dry.
No sawmill gravy on the chicken or the potatoes Meatloaf is a single small slice These portions aren't what you get in the restaurant. Very unhappy about the gravy!!!
The scrambled eggs were very runny and both bacon and sausage were undercooked

The fried apples ,the dumplings, the broccoli casserole were very good,but the meatloaf was dry.Although the meatloaf was edible,it had little flavor and really dry. I'm surprised about the meatloaf because it has always been delicious. I guess everyone has an off day.
Country fried steak was dryer than the Sahara desert, and scr egg whites were running and not scrambled- they were dried and chopped up. Joke.
Our last two orders have been inaccurate from Cracker Barrel
The eggs are undercooked/Raw, the Cinnamon roll was stale and there were no biscuits.
