The steak was not cooked it looks gray and they ran out of fried onions.The toppings were not added as well Very disappointing Not Happpy

my Meatloaf came with burnt edges would not have been served in the restaurant but I guess it's ok to serve when someone orders on line
I'm very disappointed bc the dumplings pan was maybe half full. Also, they were so heavily peppered,they were borderline inedible! The hash browns were great and the picture here is for comparison between the two pans. The biscuits are fantastic, as well!! While we usually live the food here, it's been so inconsistent lately and given their recent social problems, we meaning my friends and family, may be done eating here.
Cold, sweet potato is missing toppings, tiny dressing for medium salad.
So soup was tasteless and potato had bacon, didn't followed instructions.

While their food is very good when you eat in the restaurant, their takeout is less than desirable. This was the first time I had ordered takeout from them and after this experience, I don't think I will do that again. The biscuits were as hard as shingles. The pancakes were rubbery. My husband described it as feeling like we were served hospital food. And it's not like it's that it's because it took too long to get here. Worst order I've ever had from Cracker Barrel. The food was cold, missing items and the cake was stale. The broccoli casserole consisted of one small floret that was cold and the rest was just cold breading. Im sure it was the last of that batch that they threw in a container to get rid of it. Very disappointing.
