Fried chicken is usually pretty good but this time it was not, Definitely wasn't the quality I'm used too
Excellent food and great portions. Its like a Sunday meal at your Grand Parents house.
Eggs were broken and looked undercooked. Sloppily put together. Pancakes were burnt.
This is not the first time that I've had issues with the quality of my food. But today was something totally different, upon arrival my food looked like someone had been picking on my plate or they just threw it in the bag. One order of my hashbrowns were burnt, the other order was missing and my impossible sausage & biscuit doesn't even look edible. I'm extremely disgusted & disappointed with my order from here. Then, not to even be offered a full refund for the items of the order that were messed up was just baffling.
Sugar ham is delicious! Country gravy tastes like flour.
The roast beef was overcooked. The apples were put in the same container as the mashed potatoes and gravy. They were not separated, so by the time I got them they were combined.
The turkey and dressing were very salty and yet the turnip greens had no flavor. I won't order it again.
I waited over an hour for a DoorDash pick up, then Cracker Barrel didn't show on the app or move the order forward such that it showed pick up was ready, even though the order was in the DoorDash shelf. I understand Cracker Barrel was very busy today, the food was good, the food is usually pretty good here, I hope this is a one off thing where I had to wait for over an hour to get a simple breakfast pick up via DoorDash.
