Very disappointing! For the price, hardly any fried okra, and loaded hash brown casserole? Well, they must have run out, and used regular hash browns(cold) adding a bit of cheese and bacon. For the price, I will not order this again!
I got the vegetable plate, and I only got 8 mini carrots, and they forgot my biscuits. Very disappointing.
Sides were cold and the container of Macaroni n' Cheese was half empty

I have tried for the better part of two hours trying to place an order this evening. When I try calling the location I end up speaking with people that do not seem to understand, “I Want to place an order…” If it was possible, I would give this location a NEGATIVE five stars. Food was cold. Gave us 3 syrups for 5 meals with pancakes. One of the pancake breakfast were not fully cooked. Pancakes were still gooey from batter.
Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage bacon was all fat and only cooked on one side. Crispy Rockin' Shrimp was overcooked in old oil. The Hashbrown Casserole was burnt and soggy.
Ordered two sides of Hashbrown Casserole. Clearly on the receipt. Only received 1 order. It was the only reason I chose Cracker Barrel. It's my wife's favorite. $4 side left off a $30 order.
