My food was cold and nasty! My pancakes looked like they were cooked on a dirty grill!!!

I typically don't write reviews, but this was that bad. Arrived Luke warm. Roastbeef is so over cooked that most of it is actually hard, like beef jerky. They must have had this sitting under a warming lamp all day. Mashed potatoes have chunks of under cooked, semi-hard potatoes. I will not be ordering from them again.

The food is normally good but extremely slow for Cracker Barrel to make the food and items are sometimes forgotten.

The food was good, and the portion size was excellent. However, the biscuits were as hard as a rock, and we did not receive butter… Very disappointing.

I ordered a bowl of Vegetable soup and only received 1/2 of the container full. It also arrived cold.

Whoever prepared this gave me one piece of chicken and not many dumplings. I usually have enough left over for another meal.

This is the first time I had a terrible U.S. Farm-Raised Grilled Catfish - 1 Piece from Cracker Barrel. It was undercooked throughout and rubbery. The hashbrown casserole was mushy and almost the consistency of mashed potatoes. Not sure what happened tonight but it the meal was inedible.

Food was so cold, the mashed potatoes were hard.

The fried chicken and fried apples were good but the mashed potatoes were very dry and gravy was omitted.
