Horrible, the chicken in the Chicken n' Dumplins was hard , chewy & the dumplings themselves were disgusting. Watery bottom , it looks like they stuck it in the microwave and cooked it. Would never order again. Not fresh at all. Portion wasn't good either.

I NEVER thought I would say this in a lifetime, but I'm going to cancel Cracker Barrel. I had an order earlier today that was atrocious. My order was wrong and exchanges weren't even close to what I ordered and were far too small to offset the price I paid. This is my 2nd very disappointing order from CB. I don't plan for 3 bad orders in a row, so... Goodbye Cracker Barrel after decades of spending money in a plethora of locations. I'm quitting before things get worse.
The food had no flavor

The Meatloaf was dry and the mashed p were a weird texture and had basically a whole pepper plant of pepper in them. Like my DOG wouldn't even eat it.
If you DoorDash from this location be prepared to be missing at least 2 iitems. receipt is checked by the employees but they going through the motions without actually checking. Today order was missing one pancake, syrup, and dressing for a salad I ordered. In past I've ordered Chicken fried Chicken and the gravy was no included. I try to give this store the benefit of the doubt, but this is the last time I'm ordering from this location until they get things together.
