The food was awfully uncooked, cold, and tasteless. There were no syrup for the French toast and no the bacon was raw. Im so disappointed in the quality of the food. This was a 47 dollar order and I honestly regret it.
I ordered ham at a price of $8.44. What was supposed to be 4 ounces was less than an ounce. My pintos, okra and broccoli casserole were bitter. The greens and cornbread were very good. Our order was delivered by Door Dash. We don't blame our Dasher. If we ever want Cracker Barrel again we will get carry out or eat in. My husband took the ham back. Every time I ordered the food the bag was totally open and missing items
I don't know why they insist on under-cooking their food. French toast and hashbrown casserole practically raw. I gave them second chance because everybody has a bad day, and I really wanted their french toast. I won't order from them again.
Poor quality of food. Microwaved food, watered down with no flavor. Burnt biscuits
Originally reviewed because of problem with packaging and gravy all over everything in the bag. I should've waited because the food is terrible as well. I don't give poor ratings due to one little thing. My order had so many issues. Cold food. Dry mashed mashed potatoes in one solid clump. And the one thing I really wanted, the hashbrown casserole, was very undercooked. Really gross. Usually love the food. But this was a really bad experience.
As usual, they messed up the sides. Seems to happen every time I try to make an order from here
The sausage was overcooked and scratched eggs under done (runny)
Old Timers Breakfast- hashbrown casserole hard, salty, and cold. Bacon ok. Eggs cooked well but cold. Biscuits browned and hard on bottom.
