Some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. The black woman with dreads whose a little older was so gracious and helpful with every customer. Her partner who also helped cashier last Friday night that just passed also was awesome too. I bought the steak tips and chicken fingers and my wife ordered the shrimp with some hush puppies. We also bought some stuff at the merchandise part of the store. I would highly recommend coming through.

Leaving the not so positive comments as the server was good. My sister and I arrived at the restaurant at 5:15pm and ordered a breakfast plate and a southern fried chicken meal. We waited patiently and finally the manager came out to express to us that the food had to be recooked as it was old. We then waited another 35 minutes passed before our food arrived. Considering it was a holiday weekend, it didn't take long to be seated. The food was pretty descent, no complaints. My only issue was when they brought me a dirty spoon, and I asked for another one. Well, needless to say, they went and rinsed the spoon off, stuck back into the little bag, and brought it back to me wet and dirty. We were able to address it with management. He collected all of the silverware and brought back more. I don't forsee me going back to this location anytime soon.

I asked my server why my pancakes were so small, but she said it was how the server cooked them. I looked at other tables and the pancakes were huge/ normal size. My server was nice so no complaints about her. I asked her to speak to the manager. Explained the difference in size. He acts like it's an easy fix but brings me burnt pancakes. See picture. This is probably the worst Cracker Barrel I've ever been too. 1st we sat down at 11:30am, no one came to the table til 12:38pm. Then we waited 15 minutes for coffee, another hour for food. The gravy with the biscuits taste like raid the roach spray. The first time the food came out, it was cold. We asked a guy if he was the manager and he said one of them, we told him all we needed was one. Smh. the manager got us hot food that took another 20 minutes.
