We placed an order but realized that what we ordered was incorrectly listed. Called the restaurant to see if the correct sides could be added to the meal before the order was picked up and the person answering the phone said dispute it with DoorDash and hung up in our face. Never ordering again.

I paid for items that I did not receive with my order. Despite the negative reviews, I gave them a chance. However, their quality of service matched their previous negative reviews.

Blueberry pancakes are undercooked. Pancake batter in the middle of all the pancakes so I wasn't able to eat them. Lack of condiments. No butter, one syrup for 6 pancakes and no jelly for the biscuits.

The Southern Fried Chicken from the McDonough Cracker Barrel was absolutely the worst. The outside was fried much too hard and the inside was dry as dust. The top of my mouth was scratched from the much too hard crust. I get the concept that it's fried crispy then maybe battered and fried again but this was extremely hard and dry. I couldn't eat it. I've had this dish before at the Cracker Barrel in Waldorf, MD and it was delightful so I thought that I'd try it during my visit to GA. Waste of money. I do love other items on ... read more

u pay twice as much and only get half the food amount & options on the Uncle Hers Fav than if u were eating thete at the store
