The creole catfish had no toppings and no sauce on the side.It was just baked fish. We did not get what we paid for.
We usually order breakfast once a week but for the past 3 orders, the extra cheese we pay for is always missing and the sawmill gravy for the biscuits has been missing.
cold and took a very long time before the food was listed ready for the dasher to pick up.
Ordered sugar cured ham and was sent the salty country ham. They can never get it right and the consistency sucks.
Kept the dasher waiting. They had to keep asking for items they off She was great but did not act like the Cracker Barrel I know
Southern Fried Chicken not what you would expect. Over cooked and bland.
The pancakes, cheesy eggs and sausage was really good. However, my Dasher had to wait over an hour to get my order. It seems that Cracker Barrel puts much less emphasis on their online orders vs. the in-house orders. But, even more importantly, two orders in a row, I didn't receive the extra bottles of syrup that I paid for. Just the one small bottle that comes with the meal. :(
Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast This order arrived over two hours after it was placed. Upon arrival, the (1) slice of "crispy" bacon was undercooked and inedible, the slice of ham was closer to a dry, overcooked bite of ham rather than a slice, and the sausage tasted off and was promptly discarded. On a more positive note, the pancakes with pecan syrup were good, egg whites cooked well and biscuits were fluffy. Said and done, I will not order from this restaurant again.
Crispy Tender Dippers plate looked like it was already eaten off of. Shorted tender and fries. Did not receive kid's meal drink.
