Both the hashbrown casserole and dumplings had so much black pepper that I couldn't enjoy either of them. I got 2 servings of each as I just had surgery and wanted something mild to eat. The grilled chicken tenders were delicious. Very disappointed. This is the first negative review I've ever given a Cracker Barrel location. You can always add more pepper but you can't take it out.

Did not receive any biscuits with our family meal like the description said it came with. Mashed potatoes are so dry, it's like they didn't remember to add the milk or something. They also bagged up our order with the half gallon of sweet tea on top of the foil food containers and the weight of the tea caused the food underneath to leak and overflow all into the bag.
Chicken n' Dumplins sooo salty!! Disgusting .. The Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast Ordered ScrambledEggs & Cheese and got 1 fried egg . Pintos were burnt as well ! Biscuit Beignets no flavored tasted old no dipping sauce or anything. Overall Terrible!! And always my favorite restaurant.
The containers with the veggies were loose and grease spilled out and got all over the bag and everything inside
Everything was cold! Country Fried Steak was overdone. The Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake Breakfast came with deconstructed, separate containers for everything! Didn't get the vegetable soup.

The meatloaf I ordered was burnt. The top and bottom were black and hard, and the middle was very dry. I ate one bite from the center and threw the rest away. The green beans were not seasoned, tasted like straight out of a can. Usually the food is good but this was very unpleasant.
