Horrible. Chicken fried chicken. No gravy. Entire chicken soaked with juice from vegetables. Door Dash handled poorly. Would only give a partial refund. I paid seven dollars for food. I had to throw in the trashcan. I will never order from DoorDash or the Cracker Barrel again.
The biscuits were SO hard and stale. I didn't get any butter at all. I ordered grape jelly to go with them but I got blackberry. The hamburger steak was grisly and had too much garlic. The green beans were bland. Only the mac n cheese was good.
Everything was good but my grits they tasted old idk how to explain it but I just doctored it up myself
All condiments missing, no caramel sauce for beignets, no syrup for pancakes, no mayonnaise for egg sandwich. Forgot coffee. Paying premium price for subpar service.
I received 1 small piece of roast beef for $15.00. Two dumplings to go with5 pieces of chicken (it was chicken and dumplings I ordered). Received the chicken but not enough dumplings.
Ordered two meals and only received one. Receipt shows I was charged for two meals. Management did nothing, would not refund even though their delivery receipts shows only one meal delivered.

Greens stringy, corn muffins dry, chicken hard.. Really disappointed
My sausage pattie's and bacon was missing. Incomplete meal. Very disappointing! Cracker barrel has become a hit and miss restaurant. One of my favorites but the quality and customer care has decreased the last few years!
