Food was great. It was delivered 30 minutes after the time promised though

Check my profile for the numerous issues. I will never use CB again. The EZC rep said there are consistent issues with them; EZC should discontinue the partnership.
The food was 30 min late. They forgot plates. I called for them to send plates and they sent utensils.
Food was delivered an hour late. Tried to contact the store and phone just rang for 10 minutes. I was eventually told that they are short staffed and thought my breakfast order was suppose to be delivered at 5pm, but It was suppose to be delivered at 8am. The driver was great though she sat there and waited for the food to be ready and delivered it as quickly as she good. I am grateful for her.
Ice is offered online but they weren’t able to supply it.
